4 Boko Haram Militants Arrested In Konduga, Borno State During The Governors Visit

Some youths of Malari village, in Konduga Local Government area of Borno state have, Wednesday,  paraded before the state governor, Kashim Shettima, four men alleged to have participated in the Monday Boko Haram attack on the villagers, killing 9 persons and displacing hundreds of civilians.

This followed the visit of the governor to sympathize with the villagers on their ordeals.

A civilian JTF member, Nuhu Kumshise who spoke to some pressmen said they arrested one of the suspects after his father had handed him and his co-hots to them.

”We arrested them today after his father handed over them to us, then they led us into the bush where the two remaining guys hid themselves,” Kumshise said.

While speaking to the displaced persons who were camped at a primary school, Malari Primary school, Gov. Shettima assured them that foodstuff and busses for conveying them to Konduga had been arranged.
