DAVIDO’S FATHER PAYS FINES FOR THE RELEASE OF 200 PRISONERS, DONATES 700 MATTRESSES,PILLOWS TO INMATES
The Chairman, Springtime Development Foundation, Dr. Deji Adeleke, has secured the release of about 200 inmates of the Ilesa Prison in Osun State.

The Vice-Chairman of the foundation, Mr. Banji Adesuyi, said this at the Ilesa Prison on Tuesday when the group was donating 700 mattresses and the same number of pillows to the inmates.
Adesuyi said Adeleke became aware that inmates of the prison were sleeping on the bare floor when he went to pay a visit to an embattled chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Diekola Oyedele, who was detained at the prison.
He explained that the foundation paid for the release of inmates, who were incarcerated because they could not pay fines as low as N5,000, stressing that the foundation did not secure the release of any inmate convicted because of crime.
Adesuyi said Adeleke was not prompted to secure the release of the inmates because of political reason but purely on humanitarian ground.

According to him, the foundation will not limit the gesture to Ilesa Prison, stating that it will soon extend the same gesture to Ile-Ife Prison before moving outside the state.
The foundation’s chairman said that the organisation would ensure that inmates were introduced to computer literacy, tailoring and woodwork in order to make them useful members of the society even after completing their jail terms.
Adesuyi said, “ Dr. Deji Adeleke paid for the release of over 200 inmates last week when he came to visit a prominent politician, who was detained at the prison.

“A woman was detained with her baby because she could not pay a debt of N65,000, he ( Adeleke) paid the debt, the woman was released and he also gave her another N100,000 to start another trade.”
The Managing Director of the foundation, Samuel Oyalabu, said Adeleke’s gesture should spur other Nigerians to do the little they could to alleviate the suffering of the poor.
One of the inmates, Ekene Madunagwu, who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, expressed appreciation to Adeleke, saying he had not seen anybody demonstrate the kind of gesture shown by the businessman.

An Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo on Wednesday sentenced a man, Kayode Adedeji, to death by hanging for robbing a woman of the sum of N3,420.

The prosecuting counsel from the state Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Elisabeth Alabi, informed the court that Adedeji, while armed with a knife, invaded the residence of one Omowunmi Adebayo at the Bolorunduro area in Ilesa around 1:30am and stole her N3,420.

Photos: 46 Kenyan Women Strip Nekkid, Block Roads To Protest Because Their Men Can’t Satisfy Them In Bed

46 women in Kenya have blocked the roads, stripped themselves naked, protesting against unsatisfied s*x they get from their husbands.

They reportedly also threatened that if by evening they do not get fully satisfaction from them, they will move to upper sides of RValley, Nyanza or Western, Kenya to get proper ‘sticks’.

Here’s what Ugenya shared on Facebook;

’46 women this morning stripped naked and blocked the roads protesting against improper sex they are receiving from there men, in Mukurweini, Nyeri county. The ladies have posed a stringent warning, that if they can’t get satisfied by 3:14pm today afternoon they will relocate to get the best sticks in Nyanza or Western.’

This is not the first time this would occur in 2015 According to a Kenyan site, women from a community in Kenya held a peaceful demonstration in protest of the poor sexual performance of their men.

The Kenyan women who were from Limuru, Kiambu county said that most of their men, including young men, have failed to perform their conjugal rights and impregnate them. The women said the trend was worsened by high levels of alcohol consumption which saw many men abandon their families.

The women further claimed that only a few newly married women are currently pregnant with the rest of the bulk dreaming about ever having a baby since men have failed to impregnate them.

“If you walk in this village, you will find so many young married women but only a few are pregnant,” Nancy Wangare, one of the protesters said.

The women threatened to move outside Kiambu to other counties where they can find real men who are serious enough to impregnate them. They further called on government to make strict laws restricting drinking from 5 pm to 11 pm for week days and 2 pm to 11 pm for weekends.
