All Northerners Should Leave Niger Delta Before Oct 1, Militants React To Igbo Quit Notice

Niger Delta militants have issued an October 1 ultimatum for northerners to leave their region, in response to the quit notice given to the Igbo by some Arewa youth groups. The militants also said the FG should hand over all oil blocs controlled by northerners to the people of Niger Delta. .

In a joint statement released on Friday, the coalition of Niger Delta militants also said they will declare the independence of the region on October 1. “A coalition of the Niger Delta militants met today in Port Harcourt to review the recent call by the Arewa Youths groups that the Ndigbo should vacate all the Northern states within three months,” it read. .

“We see the declaration by Arewa Youths as a declaration which the northern elders, leaders, political elite, security heads from the North and governors were fully aware of . We demand 100% control of our resources. .

We demand that the FG should hand over all oil blocs owned by northerners to Niger Delta indigenes. All the companies operating in such oil blocs/wells should vacate within three months.

The FG should immediately relocate NNPC and all the offices that have to do with oil/gas sector back to Niger Delta states and immediately replace the Group Managing Director with an indigene of Niger Delta.

All northern indigenes working in NNPC and any other board that has anything to do with oil/gas should be sacked with immediate effect. We demand an independent and sovereign Republic of Niger Delta. .

Our money has been used to fund Boko Haram, a problem created by the Northerners in order to use it as conduit pipe to siphon the resources of Niger Delta. On October 1, 2017 we shall declare our independence come rain, come shine. .

We shall take our destiny in our hands and free ourselves from the slavery of the North as they are tired of one Nigeria. From October 1, 2017, we don’t want to see any northerner close to (the) Niger Delta; any attempt to penetrate shall meet fierce resistance. This time, we are not going to play defence, but attack.” Crdt: Thecable

Surgeons In China Remove 30 Inches Of Constipated Man’s Intestines

Be warned. We’re going to talk about two pretty gross things – poo and innards – so if you’re eating something, maybe put it down for a bit. Ok? Cool.

As anyone who has ever suffered from a bout of constipation will surely testify, the experience really isn’t all that pleasant.

However, no matter how badly you’ve been blocked up in the past, you can pretty much guarantee that this guy had it worse.

Surgeons in China have performed a highly uncommon procedure in order to remove 30 inches of a man’s large intestines after a rare condition caused severe constipation to keep building up over a period of several years.

And if you’re wondering what that looks like…

The 22-year-old patient, who remains unnamed, is thought to have been born with a rare condition known as Hirschsprung’s disease. The highly unfortunate condition is caused by missing nerves, which would ordinarily help to squeeze and relax the bowel while passing… erm… turds.

As a result, all that nasty stuff can become backed up and stuck in sufferers’ guts, leading to some pretty horrific complications.

Doctors say the patient in question, treated at the 10th People’s Hospital of Shanghai in eastern China, first developed evident symptoms at a very young age – in fact, his belly swelled up so much that he looked as though he was heavily pregnant.

For a considerable amount of time the man relied on laxatives and other constipation medicines to force his bowel movements, but now a team of experts, led by Dr Yin Lu, have operated to relieve his pain.

Dr Lu was taken aback by the size of his patient’s abdomen, adding it “looked like [it] could explode at any time.” I’ve never really thought of my abdomen as something that could explode – looks like I can add a new entry to my list of neuroses.

The man was reportedly in so much pain due to his bizarre condition that he finally plucked up the courage to go and seek out professional medical help.

After being examined, tests quickly confirmed the young man had astonishing amounts of faeces trapped in a section of his colon (this potential explosion’s just sounding worse and worse, by the way).

He was taken into the operating theatre and underwent a three-hour procedure to have 30 inches of his intestines removed before surgeons stitched it closed at either end. You can imagine why.

Following the operation, surgeons took the opportunity to put the bloated chunk of gut onto the scales and found it to weigh a colossal two stone.

The disease is typically diagnosed in babies and children and causes severe constipation that can lead to a dangerous bowel infection, called enterocolitis if it’s not treated early on.

There’s a happy ending in this case, though. According to Dr Lu, the patient is stable, following surgery, and should make a full recovery.

School Offers N100k Settlement Money To Parents Of 5-Year-Old Girl Raped In Anambra State

Following the rape of the 5-year-old daughter in a Kindergarten school in Anambra state, it has been gathered that the owners of the school are offering the victim’s family N100,000 to bury the case.

This was disclosed Emeka Ugwuonye of DPA in his post which reads;

“DPA has just stopped an attempt to bury the case of the rape of a 5-year old girl in kindergarten in Awka, Anambra State.

Yesterday, DPA got involved in the investigation of a rape case involving a 5-year old girl. We got the wind that the father of the girl was offered 100k by the owners of the kindergarten where the incident occurred in order for him to bury the case.

I warned the man not to accept the money, but to work with DPA to ensure the arrest of the rapist. At the same time, DPA dispatched a team of investigators to the crime scene. Our investigators swooped in on them as they were exchanging money to cover up the case.

They even wrote up an agreement to close the case . DPA operatives took pictures of their illegal agreement and pictures of them exchanging money. We shall now be seeking the arrest and prosecution of all those involved in this macabre deal.

We have the picture of the girl and her father and the owner of the kindergarten handing over money to him. DPA is going to crack down on all those who harm innocent children in this country.

The rape of a 5- year old and the use of money to cover it up are crimes we must fight against. I will be heading from Abuja straight to Anambra State where I intend to meet with the Governor over this case.”
