Seun Egbegbe Lied In His Press Release About “Chilling At Home” Because He Is Still Currently Been Locked Inside A Police Cell In Ikeja Lagos

After he was accused of stealing 10 iPhones, Seun Egbegbe released a statement denying that he stole the phones.. instead he wanted to pick up money from his car.

He wrote;

“My attention has been drawn to an online publication of the aforementioned. The story is pretty laughable and better left in the court of public opinion. Ordinarily, 1 do not want to join issues with the writer of the publication but I have a responsibility to set the records straight for my fans, friends and foes , in the defence of the truth.

To say the least, the news did not only grossly misinform unsuspecting public; it also portrays traces of campaign of calumny by some mercenary hirelings hell bent in destroying my name, for reasons best known to them.

Having read with keen interest the completely self-serving spirited attempt to destroy my person, it has become imperative and timely that a rejoinder is written to state the fact clearly.

I want to state here categorically and emphatically that though I was at Computer Village to address some issues, but I was never arrested for stealing 10 I phone 7s, as stated by the writer of the story, the matter has since been resolved by the Nigeria Police; and the issue of me stealing phone is devilish from the said writer.

and conluded it with;

Finally, I wish to inform the general public to discard the report. I am presently at home relaxing!”

Now GoldmyneTV is reporting that Seun Egbegbe isn’t chiling in his house as he earlier stated, but he is still chilling behind bars at Area F Divisional Police Station..

Zimbabwe First Lady Announces Herself As New President After Robert Mugabe Hints At Retirement Over Health Issues

Zimbabwean first lady, Grace Mugabe has announced herself as the new president to take over when her husband, Robert Mugabe finally steps down due to his concerned health issues.
Robert Mugabe, is the world’s oldest and one of the longest serving Head of State at 92 years old. Mugabe having ruled for over 30 years, was reportedly advised to drop out of the 2018 election race by his medical doctors, which possibly is the main reason he is forcing himself into retirement.

Speaking at a gathering over the weekend, Mashonaland West women’s league chairperson, Angeline Muchemeyi revealed that Grace Mugabe who has been the league secretary since 2014, told them that there is no point for her fighting for a lesser position after several plans and arrangements had been made with the ailing president to hand over the role of the state affairs to her.

The First Lady said:

‘I’m the wife of the president, I’m the president already … I plan and do everything with the president, what more do I want, for now the position of the women boss is enough.’

Nigeria Now Ranks Third In Country With Poorest People

The gloomy economic prospect in the country is real as Nigeria has been ranked as the third poorest nation in the world.

The ranking is contained in the annual global wealth report compiled by the Swiss bank, Credit Suisse.

Suisse group is a Swiss multinational financial services holding company, with headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland which operates the Credit Suisse Bank and other financial services investments.

The report puts 35 million Nigerians among the poorest people in the world,  while India tops the list with 246 million people.

Other countries contributing significantly to the bottom wealth bracket are Russia with 28 million of, Ukraine with 25 million and the United States with 21 million.

In the report published on DPA website, many of the world’s richest and poorest people live in Asian countries, highlighting the unequal distribution of wealth.

THE VERY RICH
There are an estimated 33 million people in the world who own between 1 million and 50 million dollars, known in the banking industry as high-worth individuals.

Wealthy people in the United States make up 45 per cent in this group – the largest regional share, followed by 30 per cent of Europeans.

Countries in the Asia-Pacific region account for 18 per cent, excluding India and China.

With 1.6 million such millionaires, communist China fields 5 per cent of the total.

THE VERY, VERY RICH
The club of so-called ultra-high net worth individuals who own more than 50 million dollars includes some 140,900 people.

China is home to 11,000 super-rich people, ranking second place after the United States with 70,400. Germany comes third with 6,100 people belonging to this exclusive club.

THE WORLD’S WEALTHIEST NATION
With an average net worth of 500,000 dollars per adult, the Swiss are the world’s richest people, 11 times wealthier than the average world citizen.

The people of Switzerland make up only 0.1 per cent of the global population, but they own 1.4 per cent of the world’s assets.

“They Wrongly Accused Me Of Stealing iPhones And Beat Me Up, I Was Only Going To My Car To Bring The Money” – Seun Egbegbe Cries Out

Embattled producer and socialite, Seun Egbeegbe, arrested yesterday (Tuesday, November 22) at Computer Village (Ikeja, Lagos) by the police for allegedly stealing 9 iPhones, has denied the theft.

The estranged lover of star actress Toyin Aimakhu told the police that he was on his way to his car to pick money for the phones when the sales boy raised an alarm that he was bolting away.

He was apprehended by passersby and beaten. Thereafter, policemen from Area F in GRA Ikeja were alerted, and he was whisked away.

While the owner of the shop insists that Egbeegbe was running away, he claims that he was going to get money in his car.

Encomium.ng spoke with the police this evening, and the alleged theft was confirmed.

“Yes, the command received the report. There are accusations and denials. The shop owner alleged that the said Seun came to his shop to buy phones, in the process he wanted to bolt away in a vehicle. While Seun said he wanted to pick money from his vehicle to balance the payment based on agreement with the sales boy. But that while he entered the vehicle, the boy screamed for help and he was attacked by some people around the vicinity. However the command through its operatives at Area F is investigating the matter to unravel the occurrence. The outcome will be made open,” SP Dolapo Badmos, PPRO, Lagos Police Command says.

Seun Egbebe has denied stealing over 9 iPhones he was caught walking away with at computer village yesterday. According to what he told the police yesterday, he wanted to get money from his car before alarm was raised.
