Man’s Family Uses Picture Of Him Drinking Beer To Announce His Obituary

gone

An unidentified man’s obituary was announced in a ‘funny’ way.

When a loved one dies, the bereaved are usually thrown into a period of mourning and possible sober reflection. The family then proceed with plans to give the dead a befitting burial, that usually portrays the kind of life the person lived.

Usually, if the family can afford to, a ‘lavish’ funeral party is thrown, with beautiful pictures of the person displayed on both funeral brochures and banners.

In Adansi Praso, Ghana, a dead man’s obituary was announced with an unusual picture. A picture of him drinking a bottle of beer, was used, which leaves room for the question “was this man a known drunkard?” See the picture below:

“Am I Cursed? Every Time I Meet My Cousin We Always End Up Making Love”

Cousin1

A girl is in need of urgent help to stop a very bad habit. According to Yoanswers, the girl has been sleeping with her cousin for a long time now and can’t seem to stop.

Somebody please help me. I am really close with my big cousin and we have always had a connection. I am 15 and he is 17 and we have quite a big family so there is quite a lot of family get-togethers.

Since I was 15 he has been looking me up and down and feeling my bum when we hug and sliding his hand up my leg and I kinda liked it. He even did under the dinner table and I got really horny and some of my family suspected something and I often got quite awkward. So I decided it had to stop, so after dinner one night I took him up to my room so we could talk in private and I was about to ask him to stop doing it when he got the wrong idea why I’d taken him to my room so he started kissing me and rubbing my area and he slipped his hand down my trousers and started poking me.

I couldn’t bring myself to ask him to stop so after that he took his trousers down and asked for me to give him oral s*x, so I did and he put me on the bed and got on top of me and took my skirt up and my underwear down and had s*x with me.

It started to become a frequent thing every time we got together, but after a while our family started to suspect something and kept us apart, put us at separate ends of the table etc. but we always managed to get together again and have s*x. Now, it happened at birthdays and at weddings.

I knew it was wrong and I want it to stop but when I’m there I just can’t bring myself to ask him not to.

So, it keeps happening and I feel like I have no control over it. I have gone on the pill since this started because I always know its going to happen. But, I need it to stop. How do I stop it because I can’t? Please, help me.

“Price Of Bread To Increase By 20%” – Bakers Association

bread

The Lagos State Association Of Master Bakers and Caterers Of Nigeria says it will on Wednesday increase the price of bread by 20 per cent.

The Chairman of the association, Prince Jacob Adejorin, who spoke at a press briefing in Lagos, lamented over the cost of producing bread and called on the Federal Government to look into the increased price hike of baking ingredients.

According to Adejorin, the price of baking ingredients has tripled without any corresponding relief to reduce the hardship on bakers.

He explained that a few months ago, a bag of flour was sold for N6,000 while sugar was sold for N7,000 but as at the time of the press briefing, a bag of Flour was N11,000 and Sugar was being sold for N15,000.

“Bakers can no longer cope with this situation hence the decision to increase the prices by about 20 percent,” he said.

Adding that:

“The present economic situation in the country has affected the baking industry as the second largest employer of labour in the country and bread being the most stable and easiest food to lay hands on anytime anywhere.”

“After serious consideration of the high prices of flour, sugar, diesel, salt, yeast, kerosine, nylon and series of Local Government levies, that the association are compelled to increase the bread prices as done to other consumer goods.”

He however, appealed to their customers and consumers to bear with them, as they promise to continue producing good quality bread at affordable prices.

“We also appeal to Federal Government to give some concessions to the flour millers in foreign exchange allocation and waving off some taxes and levies in order to stop this incessant increase in flour prices so as to keep bakers in business to avoid un-employment.

“We urge the flour millers to always have bakers in mind whenever any price increase is being considered as we are the end users of their products. All members and bread vendors must adhere strictly to the new price,” he added.

An Olympic medal is worth glory and fame , just not very much cash. The 500-gram gold medals earned by Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps and Simone Biles are nearly 99 percent recycled silver. They contain just 1.2 percent gold, mostly used as plating,Daily Mail reports.

They are worth about $587 in current market prices.
Victor Hugo Berbert, head of medal-making at Brazil’s National Mint in Rio de Janeiro, said

It’s a great honor and a great responsibility,’  Each of the 5,130 Olympic and Paralympic medals took about 48 hours to make

Much of the silver is recycled from old mirrors and X-ray plates. The gold is free of mercury, which is often used to separate gold from ore and can poison local ecosystems if not carefully disposed of.
The last time athletes earned medals made of pure gold was at the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm, Sweden.

I am Crazy – Bishop David Oyedepo’s Daughter says

oyedepodaughter-640x641

The last daughter of the General overseer of Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo took the social media by storm on Sunday, August 14, where she described herself as being ‘crazy’.

The pastors further posted a picture of her with the caption:

“Those who know me know that I’m crazy. I don’t blend in. I’m the one who’s yingin’ when everyone else is yangin’. I’ve been called an outcast by many outsiders. But the more I tried to fit in, the more I stood out. My differences wouldn’t let me stay the same. Everyday, I’ve come to let the differences that make me, shine through. Tired of the need to stay the same, I’ve come to accept the real me. I’m not the same. And as long as I stay rare, there’d always be a need for all of me. For there would always be room for rarity. I have decided not to let the miracle of my birth be the sole miracle of my existence. The proof, is in my crazy”

This Instagram post obviously did not go down well with a lot of Nigerians as she has been receiving a lot of messages from critics.

On Monday, August 15,she took to her Facebook handle to clarify what she meant by being ‘crazy’. She said:

“I’ve received way too many personal messages about this post below and so for the honest few, I have chosen to make a few things clear. It seems that many of us have misunderstood things too easily. You all have seen my posts for a while now, some of you have seen them for years on end, and you know that I absolutely adore my family. That cannot, has not, and will not ever change. Anyone who tries to insinuate any different is purely looking for loopholes that just don’t exist. To that group, you may need to find more profitable work because that already is a failed venture. Then, there is this other group that expects me to be EXACTLY like my mother or sister who are role models to many including myself, especially myself. Thing is, you also may need to edit your expectation because that too, will not be happening. I’m me and will never be anyone else can never be anyone else and will not even try to.

I love that my sister and I are not walking replicas of my mother, she teaches us not to be, she teaches that we are who God has called us to be, and that, with all sincerity. Our differences make us unique, and that makes us an epic loving family that, we are grateful to God for. Ps, “crazy” purely means/meant different. This, you would understand if you read through the post honestly, completely and some of us, without negative intent. So, to those who honestly were confused on the original post, I hope you have received the needed clarity. But to those still looking for loopholes, sorry failed venture, be you, be who God created you to be. Yes, have role models (& you always can start with my mother and sister–right here on Facebook even if you have nowhere else to turn). But don’t ever try to dim your uniqueness to fit in with the “world’s” definition of perfect. God bless y’a

You Are More Clueless Than Jonathan – Mother of Abducted Chibok Girl Blasts Buhari

President-Muhammadu-Buhari5

President Muhammadu Buhari’s has been blasted by a mother of the abducted Chibok girls, Esther Yakubu, who said Buhari’s administration is “more clueless than Jonathan’s government.”

Crying out in pain, Esther made the remark after sighting her daughter in the new video released by the Boko Haram insurgents demanding swap of their detained members with the Chibok girls.

“The Chibok girls must be rescued, they must have their lives, the future that Boko Haram tries to truncate. more clueless than Jonathan’s.” Esther said.

Boko Haram released the video yesterday as it sent another message to the Nigerian Army. The girls who were abducted in 2014 from their dormitory in Chibok, Borno State and has been held as prisoners for two years now.

Punch revealed that Esther said though she wanted the best educationally for her daughter, but regretted putting her in boarding school.

“I wanted her to have the best of education, I planned to sponsor her education to whatever level she wanted, but she could not sit for her final examinations because she was abducted.

“Boko Haram in the video asked the government to release their members so that they could release our girls. If the government knows that it cannot handle the insurgency, it should invite other countries. It is not a crime to seek assistance in a war. It is a shame for them to allow our daughters to languish in captivity for over two years.

“I don’t regret sending her to school, but I regret putting her in boarding school. If she was a day student, she would be home with me that night. The abduction affected her because she was in boarding school,” she said
