Moment Egyptian police man is killed by bomb he's trying to defuse captured on film
The right pic was taken a few seconds after a brave Egyptian police officer was killed while trying to defuse a bomb left outside a petrol station on a busy road in Cairo, Egypt yesterday. The officer, dressed in protective gear (left) was filmed on mobile phone as he approached the bomb and filmed also as the bomb exploded in his hands a few minutes later (right).
Passersby rushed to his side after the explosion but he was already gone. A terror group named Ajnad Misr (Soldiers of Egypt) later claimed on Twitter that they were responsible for the attack and had been targeting police officers at a nearby station. These photos were shared on Twitter. A similar incident happened in Nigeria a few years back...

So apparently D'banj's new South African girlfriend Bonang Matheba is some sort of goddess in SA and South African blogger Sibongile is pissed about the way some of us bloggers in Nigeria describe her when we are reporting their relationship. We talk about her like she's an ordinary girl or groupie...lol...when she's one of the most famous female faces in South African media. She's a style icon, popular TV and radio personality and brand ambassador for Revlon cosmetics. E pele o...:-)
Photos: G.U.O Transport company loses 7 luxury buses to fire in Onitsha
Seven luxury buses and 6 mini buses belonging to Onitsha-based transport company G.U.O were completely razed during an unfortunate fire incident that occurred on Monday night, January 5th at the company's headquarters at the Ogbunike axis of Onitsha-Enugu Expressway.
The company said they lost billions in the unfortunate fire. A staff of the company said the fire started around 5pm Monday evening and was caused by an explosion which occurred when a tanker was discharging diesel into a ground tank. All attempts to put the fire out proved abortive until fire fighters came many minutes later, by that time, it was too late. See another photo after the cut...
