Graphic video: Boko Haram cuts off hands of two men accused of stealing

This graphic video shows Boko Haram men amputating the hands of two people accused of stealing. According to what was reported, one was accused of stealing of N600k and returned only N20k but when his house was searched, they found an extra N500k.
